Processing time:
All items are handmade to order. Production time is 5–7 business days before shipping.
Business days refer to Monday–Friday.

Shipping method:
Orders are shipped via Ukrposhta. A tracking number is provided for every order.

USA & Canada: 15–28 business days
Europe (Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom): 12–22 business days

United Arab Emirates: 12–22 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 19–32 business days
East Asia (Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore): 19–37 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are flat and depend on the destination country. All orders must weigh up to 1.5 kg. Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders exceeding this weight.

  • Canada: $8

  • Europe: $8

  • Australia & New Zealand: $12

  • East Asia: $12

Customs and Import Taxes

USA: Product prices already include all applicable import fees and taxes. No additional charges on delivery.

Other countries:
Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority. These fees are the buyers responsibility and vary by country.
